Emergency Food Aid Distribution: Supporting Displaced Families in Central Gaza
As part of ongoing relief efforts to support families affected by the dire humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, a project was implemented on September 25, 2025, to distribute 500 food baskets to displaced persons in two areas within the central Strip:

This project was carried out with the generous support of Ali Reda and Sadaqa Tashi, who have consistently provided humanitarian initiatives aimed at alleviating the food crisis faced by affected and displaced families in Gaza.
Food Basket Components The baskets included essential food items designed to meet the families’ needs and support their resilience, containing:

Grains & Staples: Rice, Lentils, Pasta, Sugar.

Cooking Essentials: Vegetable Oil, Tomato Paste, Chicken Broth.

Dairy & Traditional Food: Feta Cheese, Za’atar (Thyme).
The project organizers were keen to select diverse components covering the basic daily needs of families who find it difficult to secure food under current circumstances.
Response and Solidarity The executors noted that this project comes as a direct response to the difficult living conditions experienced by the displaced, especially in camps hosting large numbers of affected families. They emphasized that providing food baskets aims not only to secure sustenance but also to deliver a message of support and solidarity to families who have lost the ability to provide for their basic needs.
Beneficiary Feedback and Future Outlook
A number of beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for this initiative, which arrived at a time when the need for food assistance is at its peak. They emphasized that these relief projects make a tangible difference in their daily lives.
The project concluded with a reaffirmation of the commitment to continue and expand the scope of support in the coming period. The goal remains to reach the largest possible number of needy households and to cover more affected areas across the Gaza Strip.
